Please note that check-in is before 1pm (you can drop luggage off, but room may not be ready), or after 5pm - this allows us essential time to run errands, go shopping, etc.

Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking on the premises or in the grounds. Guests can be assured of a non-smoking environment.
Credit cards accepted (sorry, no American Express). 2% surcharge will be added to credit cards (as this is charged by the credit card companies). There is no surcharge on payments by debit card.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations will be accepted down to 120 hours before 9pm on the date of arrival, with no charge.
Where a cancellation has been made within 120 hours of 9pm on the date of arrival, the first night's accommodation will be charged.
If, after your arrival, you choose to curtail your stay and leave before the end of the full duration of your booking, we may charge you an amount up to the full balance for your
full booking, as reimbursement for any nights when the accommodation cannot be re-let to other customers.
